Borgo Return & Refund Policy

At Borgo, we stand behind our products. If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it

  • You must provide your order number

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery are not eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Opened Mystery Packs

  • Limited Edition Drops (unless defective)

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Gift cards

Because Mystery Packs and collectible items are randomized, once opened they cannot be returned.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, OR

  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)


4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping

If an order qualified for free shipping and is partially returned, we may deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.


5. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

  • If you need to cancel, contact us immediately.

  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Once shipped, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Borgo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen:

  • Contact the carrier

  • File a claim with them directly

We recommend shipping to secure addresses.


7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  • Return the original item

  • Place a new order
